These Terms of Service govern use of the Aira Admin console at admin.airastudiothailand.com. The console is an internal tool operated by Aira Studio for authorised staff. By signing in you agree to these Terms. If you are a client of Aira Studio, your booking experience is covered by the studio terms at airastudiothailand.com/terms.
Aira Studio is a boutique Pilates Reformer studio located at Anacade, 4361 Sukhumvit Rd, Bang Na Tai, Bang Na, Bangkok 10260, Thailand. Legal entity details will be added once company registration is finalised.
Access is restricted to current staff and contractors of Aira Studio who have been granted a role by an administrator. Sign-in is handled through Google. Accounts must not be shared and credentials must be kept confidential. Access may be revoked at any time at the studio's discretion.
You agree to use the console only in the course of your duties for Aira Studio and in line with applicable law. You must not:
The console processes personal data belonging to Aira Studio clients. You must handle this data with care, use it only for studio operations, and follow the studio's internal data-handling guidelines. Misuse of client data may result in loss of access and further action under Thai law.
Significant actions performed in the console — creating, updating, and deleting records — are logged with the acting user's identity and a timestamp. These logs are kept for security, accountability, and incident investigation.
The console is provided on a best-effort basis. We may perform maintenance, change functionality, or suspend access without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The console, its source code, layouts, and branding belong to Aira Studio or its licensors. Access to the console does not grant you any right to reproduce, distribute, or reuse these assets outside of your role.
The console relies on third-party services (Google, Vercel, MongoDB Atlas, LINE, and others). Use of those services through the console is also subject to their own terms. Aira Studio is not responsible for the availability or practices of third parties.
Personal information processed in the console is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
To the extent permitted by Thai law, Aira Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the console, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the console after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Bangkok.
